GOAL – UNO NSSLHA is currently planning a Together We Can fundraiser. The goal of this fundraiser is to raise money for the Autism Society of Nebraska (ASN) and to bring the community together by providing an opportunity to increase awareness through a fun-filled event!
WAIVER – Each Team Member MUST read and sign.
As a participant in Together We Can, I, hereby release and discharge UNO NSSLHA, the event site, their management, their officers, members, organizers, representatives, and all cooperating businesses and organizations from all claims of damages, demands, actions, and causes, in any manner arising or coming from my participation.
I give my full permission for the use of my name and photograph in this event.
I also give my full permission for such that first aid as is deemed necessary to be provided to me on the premises or prior to transport to a hospital for further treatment.
